Peach Paloma Summer Cocktail Recipe
Make the most of stone fruit season and make this refreshing fresh peach Paloma for Friday cocktail hour. Skip the booze for a just as refreshing mocktail.
The Ingredients
- 1 cup tequila
- 1 ⅓ cups peach puree (2-3 medium peaches, blended)
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ⅓ cup agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 3 cups ice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Lime wedge
- Sea salt, sugar or chili-lime salt for rimming
- Mint leaves and fresh peach slices as a garnish
The Steps
- Combine tequila, peach puree, lime juice, agave, stir until incorporated.
- When serving, add ice and sparkling water and stir
- Garnish rims with salt if you wish
- Pour Paloma, garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve on cute cocktail napkin like this one.
